The Push (3/6)

When we were infants, the pushing motion with our arms helped the middle and lower back spinal curves start to integrate as we learned to lift ourselves.

Forward to today, pushing remains incredibly important in everyday life:

  • Using your arms to get off the floor, sofa, or chair.

  • Pushing yourself back up after a fall or trip.

  • Moving objects—doors, furniture, travel bags overhead.

  • And enjoying the fun stuff—sports, playing with children or grandchildren.
