The Purvida Process — 1:1 Coaching with Josh

Here’s how we go about it:
1.Plan with Purpose
We start by getting a proper picture of what’s going on—how you move, what’s feeling a bit off, what your habits look like, and what you’re aiming for.
Not a load of guesswork or fancy talk. Just honest clarity on where you are right now.
2.Spot What’s Really Holding You Back
Usually it’s not ten things—it’s one or two key bits that are doing the damage or slowing everything down.
We find those. Could be control, confidence, strength, pain, energy, or just consistency. Once we know it, everything gets a lot simpler..
3.Build something simple you’ll actually do
No massive complicated plans that sit in your inbox gathering dust.
You get clear, targeted bits of movement and habits that fit into your actual life. Small, doable, repeatable stuff—done often enough to actually make a difference.

4. Keep tweaking as you go
Nothing’s set in stone.
We check in, adjust things as your body responds, and build things up gradually so you’re not just “doing exercise” but actually progressing and feeling more confident in how you move.
